Seishin: The Fox Demon

Seishin is a fox demon born out of accident. A forest fire had lead a fox to both hunger and to the fringe of the woods. Upon leaving the forest, the fox had wandered into a battlefield that was filled with corpses. Upon feasting onto one of the dead body due to desperation, the many ghouls filled into the fox, mutating it into a human-like creature. Possessed with anger and regret, Seishin lives off living souls. However due to having regret, Seishin has two sides to him: One is bent towards cruelty and violence, the other is one who is presented with the clock of life- a reminder and continuous need to see the fragility of both his victim's life and his own.
